Pomegranate Guacamole

  • 1 bag of Artisan Tropic Sea Salt Plantain Strips Cassava Strips
  • 4 ripe Avocados
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1-2 Jalapeño or Serrano Peppers, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 Scallions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 3/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Feta, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate Seeds



  1. Using a fork, mash the pitted avocados until creamy, but still has small chunks for texture
  2. Stir in the lime juice, scallions, jalapeños, parsley, black pepper, and sea salt
  3. Transfer the guacamole to a serving dish
  4. Garnish with crumbled feta cheese and pomegranate seeds
  5. Serve when ready with the plantain strips!
