The Colombian Coffee Region is recognized world-wide for producing the highest quality plantains! We simply harvest, peel and take them down the road to our production plant. It doesn't get fresher than that!

- There are over 100 varieties of plantain and although they’re all amazing, some do not have the qualities and characteristics necessary for making a great chip
- We only use the most premium plantains in our products, and are very selective at the time of harvest
- Best size, humidity and ripeness spectrum to make our STRIPS (better for dipping) instead of round chips, less greasy and naturally sweeter
