Flavored Goat Cheese Charcuterie Board

By Juliana Nino February 09, 2023
We all love a good charcuterie board, and our strips make the perfect addition!
Recipe by the lovely Lauren from A Bright Moment
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Serves: 2 to 10 people (depending on the size of your board)

Goat Cheese Log Ideas:

  • Chives, basil & olive oil
  • Blueberry jam
  • Dried cranberries, dark chocolate & honey
  • Toasted walnuts & honey
  • Poppyseed, lemon zest & honey
  • Sundried tomatoes & basil

Other Additions:

  • Artisan Tropic Sea Salt Plantain Strips
  • Meats (salami, prosciutto, sopressata)
  • Additional cheeses (manchego, brie)
  • Baby dill pickles
  • Green and/or Kalamata olives
  • Fig preserves and/or honey
  • Fresh fruit (blueberries, grapefruit, figs, grapes)
  • Toasted nuts (pistachios, pecan, walnuts)

  1. Toss the chosen ingredients together in a small bowl. Roll the goat cheese log(s) in the mixture to generously coat the outside. Gently press into the roll to ensure they stick. Wrap in saran wrap and set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Arrange the goat cheese logs, as well as any other cheeses, around the board. If needed, pre-slice a few edges to encourage guests to dig in.
  3. Fold the meats in a variety of patterns throughout the board.
  4. Arrange the plantain chips along the meats or place them in a separate bowl for serving.
  5. Place the condiments, such as fruit preserves and honey, in a small ramekins to keep the board clean. Place next to the cheeses.
  6. Wash and pat dry the fresh fruit to the place next to the cheeses.
  7. Arrange any additional ingredients to fill the remaining spaces on the board.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs to serve. Enjoy!
