INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of Artisan Tropic Sea Salt Plantain Strips Cassava Strips
- 4 ripe Avocados
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1-2 Jalapeño or Serrano Peppers, de-seeded and finely chopped
- 2 Scallions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
- 3/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Feta, crumbled
- 1/3 cup Pomegranate Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Using a fork, mash the pitted avocados until creamy, but still has small chunks for texture
- Stir in the lime juice, scallions, jalapeños, parsley, black pepper, and sea salt
- Transfer the guacamole to a serving dish
- Garnish with crumbled feta cheese and pomegranate seeds
- Serve when ready with the plantain strips!
